• Consultation Services: We offer professional consultation to help customers select appropriate products, provide project planning assistance, and offer energy efficiency recommendations.

All Services are subject to separate service agreements, quotes, and warranties specific to each project. These Terms govern the general use of our Site and Services, while specific project terms will be outlined in your individual contract.

3. Eligibility

To use our Site and Services, you must:

• WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE.
• WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

We do not warrant that the Site will meet your specific requirements or that the results obtained from the use of the Site or Services will be satisfactory.

Product warranties for windows and doors are provided separately and are subject to manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. Installation warranties are provided in separate service agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROCKSTAR WINDOWS AND DOORS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA.
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY THIRD PARTY CONDUCT ON THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE, $100.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
